To delete an app you have to tap three different times! Face ID is stupid about half the time so you’ll have to punch in your passcode. Constant bugs, requires way too much screen touching to get anything done. Why did apple remove the edit fix for sending texts it use to be a new thing from apple that u could fix ur text after it’s sent but now it’s gone what happened apple time and time again I ask for help from tech support and over and over again tech support takes my words and rewords my words to my questions and then argues with me to the point it gets heated why is apple hiring these kind of people they also have no idea what tech is or support it’s a constant word game honestly I love the apple product but I can’t apple customer service at all never again will I ask apple for support help nothing it’s a waste of time speaking with trouble making people that antagonize with speech and talk right over me as well when I’m speaking and that is madness oh I do wish that I could turn off the ambient lighting every day I have adjust the light for my screen before I use my iPhone so it won’t dim and even while using my iPhone I have to constantly adjust the lighting so my screen won’t dim making it hard to see the screen I wish I could talk with apple and get the help I need but like I said I won’t ever ask again because I’ve never gotten help anyway it’s always a problem with the staff that always can never understand me when I’m speaking clearly then again maybe no body can even read what I’ve left for a comment I might be typing in some kind of strange never before seen alphabetīought the iPhone 13…worse iPhone in years.
